1. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may not share an account in a way that gives other people unauthorized access to account-only or membership-only resources.

2. Free and paid access

3. Memberships and payments

Paid membership prices, billing periods and included access are shown on the Membership and checkout pages. Recurring plans continue according to the billing terms presented at checkout until cancelled. One-time or Lifetime Access plans are governed by the scope shown for that plan at purchase. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

4. Digital resources and license

Unless a resource states otherwise, Parametric House grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded files, definitions and learning materials for your own learning and project work. You may modify files for your own projects.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, mirror, sublicense or make the original downloadable resources available to third parties, and you may not share protected download links or access credentials.

5. Intellectual property

The website, original tutorials, graphics, text, videos, downloadable resources and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, plugins, software and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, probe private endpoints, automate abusive downloads, interfere with the website, distribute malicious code, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the website and resource library available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Resources, features and membership offerings may be updated, replaced or discontinued as the library evolves.

8. Educational information

Parametric House resources are provided for learning and professional reference. They do not guarantee a particular design, engineering, fabrication, commercial or project outcome. You remain responsible for verifying files, calculations, software compatibility and project requirements before use.

9. Refunds and consumer rights
